1) Is there any other way to apply affin duo card if age is above 25y?

2) If wanna apply affin VS, how much amount need to pledge with FD?

If it was posted on statement date but made it into the statement then shouldn't it be considered for cashback of that month? New to bank so not sure, but I thought if can capture in time for statement then should be that way.

Btw I never received my e-statement, under web portal e-statement subscription maintenance it shows as subscribed. And when I go to 'download e-Statement' I can see both my card but the 'download' button is grayed out, even when I select March statement. Anyone experienced this before?

Do you think I can ask for SST waiver for the new card. I have not activate my duo (reward point card) only carry the cashback card

^^ initial application rejected through agent but appeal successfully and smoothly without even needing to pledge anything, quite happy.

Agent couldn't answer me, so I called CC department to ask, apparently it was related to my PTPTN arrears ( already discussed with PTPTN officer, advised not to restructure or reschedule ). They told me unlike the older days, Affin care about PTPTN arrears a lot now.

affin card got transaction limit of 15 transaction usage per day.

anyway to uplift this? anyone kena before. tried calling the bank but CS says security purposes only limit to 15 transactions per day. cannot be unblock. need wait tomorrow for refresh. weird

indirect means now the rebate reduce to 2.6% as RM3080 get RM80

Hi, just recently received my credit card and I would like to proceed to open an online account with Affin.
Tried to do it myself and it appear "failed to retrieve record" from the system.

Called customer service and she saying that must visit the branch for online account opening.
Is there any alternative instead of visiting the branch?

Cash out the money from shopee pay to bank?

8k is too steep

rather get another VS (another principal) to get additional RM50 cb.

less headache and less tedious to manage rm250 per contactless transaction too

next possible revision could be BHP card

the previously-retracted revision announcement also dependent on "your previous statement"

- 2% cb on weekdays
- 5% cb on weekend if statement balance <RM3k
- 10% cb on weekend if statement balance ≥RM3K
