Is it dumb bell work out not very effective?
Do u feel the problem when your hand become tired during workout due to holding dumb bell?
Before my target muscle gets workout my palm already tired. If take lower weight then doesn’t have feeling at all to work out the muscle 😓

Sounds like grip strength. Perhaps switch to isolation exercises on the target muscle while you build up your grip.

Your targeted muscle progress faster than your grip (assume your form, muscle and mind is all done correctly, no ego lift). 1. Bear with it + train grip strength 2. Use accessories to mitigate the grip strength requirement.

Maybe you can try lower weight with a long eccentric movement/contraction (with correct form) It will still help breakdown muscles while using a lighter weight. In my case, I have worked with that and your targetted muscle group will still feel sore and "pump". From there, you can slowly work on the grip strength
