OS Installing XP with MassStorage(SATA/RAID) Drivers, Can't find HDD in XP Setup ??

 i want to help my friend to format his laptop and face this problem where no hdd were detected. so which driver should i use? btw my friend using compaq v3658tu. thanks |

microsoft is really dumb!! If old OS like WinXP still can understand. But now when I try to install windows server 2003 R2 also must use floppy. Can't they implement install from usb drive? Nobody buy PCs/server with floppy anymore. Dumbo microsoft.

my previous hdd kong d.i just bought another hdd to replace it. i manage to boot the win xp cd but it cannot detect my hdd.how to fix it?my installation cd too old?my cd is the sp2 final update wan wo...urgent help!!!!

hey sub.. i try the method .. just non-like acer 4530 or 4720..and
tis model of compact is troublesome to install XP..keep on blue screen..vista got no problem. |
