Ya Free N95 & N73 is true...but that one is for company lines one...at least you have to register more than 5 lines and above just can get .. Besides you have to pay money just can get it (But will cheaper a bit)..Not totally free..

I bought a new unopen digi prepaid sim card recently from another town. The seller has already registered the sim with his name. Yesterday I walk in to digi service center and requested to change the sim card registration to my name. The customer service agent told me that can only be done if either the seller goes to digi center to change or I bring the seller I/C to digi center. I think this is not friendly at all. I might not want register as it is so inconvenient. I think it is ok if I do not change it......

Huh? I thought after you buy only register one? How come the seller register with his/her name first?

Maybe previously they wrongly register with the system...

It is frustrating and to say it bluntly, it is no a customer problem. It is digi problem.

Agree with ekiddie. Maybe the shop 'busy body' go and register under their staff's name? Because logically it should be register after you bought it, isn't it?

I think you can only choose between one of them; either FNF+ or Chat+

Yes, they've removed MTV Powerpack from the plan list. If you still have it, don't remove it. Impossible to change back to that plan if you changed to some other plan. For the 3G, maybe soon or never be, who knows? The license for 3G is limited.

Yep, you can only choose one plan, cannot choose both.
I thought Friends & Family Plus needs to pay RM3 every month?
