can anyone help me? i starter using digi a fewday back...my hp is SE w810...

the problem is..there is a green phone icon with number 1..means
currently i am using line 1...
my question is how can i remove the icon? or hide it...very irritating...

I was like many of you seeking to know what's the difference of Chat Plus, Fuyoh, Powerpack and etc. So, I did some price study on the call rates and sms rates charged by digi prepaid. Just click on the link of my blog below. I hope this will help other confused users like me.

Chat Plus and Beyond are roughly the same right? Are there any significant differences except for instant lower flat call rate of 36cents/min?

Chat Plus
The call rates:
36sen per minute flat.

The SMS rates:
1sen (Friends and Family),
7sen (within DiGi's network), and
15sen (from DiGi network to other local networks).

Beyond
The call rates:
48sen per minute (usage below RM30), and
36sen per minute (usage above RM30).

The SMS rates:
1 sen (Friends and Family),
7sen (within DiGi's network), and
15sen (from DiGi network to other local networks).

How to get Chat Plus?

i used to receive sms from DiGi informing on such services
but now...

today i get my cheapest reload RM100 for RM80 only (i buy RM300 from him)

Existing users can choose to stay with this plan but if you compare the call rate with Chat Plus, it's better to switch to Chat Plus since it's call rate is lower (36 cents versus 48 cents with Automatic Rate Adjusting after RM 30 usage).

Somehow, they're going to abandon this feature soon.

Since in Chat Plus, there's no more automatic rate adjustment thing. It still exists in beyond and the One Low Call Rate after RM 30 of usage.

Use the 1st method since it's easier. I tried to use the 3rd method but no such option or plan available at that time.

Eh, question.. do you need to pay anything monthly to subscribe to either Fuyoh or Chat Plus? I'm using Fuyoh now, and it seems that I'm being deducted RM2.99 at the beginning of this month, based on the OCS.. weird. The transaction is called 'Monthly deduction'.

OMG ... now DiGi is starting to confuse me.

The same applied to their very first plan - DiGi Prepaid Plus.

Not sure if you can still get beyond plan SIM pack now.

Should be no more for beyond plan now...now all activate the sim card direct is Chat plus already.   For exiting Beyond plan,if you had change to others package, after that you can't change back to Beyond Plan anymore..(Once change then cannot change back.)
