there is different a bit like the texture part at grey area, for the city font, copy slightly bigger, got two color option for copy white or blue, i choose white lol, because original come in white. RS Bangsawan there got display copy on ori unit, you can view by yourself, i also was2 to put, but after rent vios during my langkawi holiday, those side step really cool haha. but if you plan to and in foot light also better opt for blue.

did you turn on at the streering wheel there? it work if over 65KM/h only, for my unit i test both, first LKAS and follow by ACC, both work as it is, when turn on it will show lane at your screen, if green meen it activated, if grey no activated due to low speed.

LKAS and LDW is different thing, lane depature is when you turn to another lane without signal it will flash at the screen, beep and vibrate the steering, while LKAS something like auto pilot for steering, if turn on LKAS dont need to worry about LDW, because it auto turn the steering for you, applicable on highway only with clear lane line. LDW also got few setting there, warning only, delayed forgot one more. you can check user manual.
*
For my car tested out few scenarios

Settings in instrument panel
Road Departure Mitigation setting : Normal
Lane Keep Assist Beep : On

LKAS (At steering wheel) off, when LDW activated only steering vibrate and instrument panel show Lane Departure.

LKAS on and active, if drift towards the line, oso only steering vibrate and instrument panel show Lane Departure.

ACC & LKAS on, steering wheel required warning only flash on instrument panel, no sound (which definitely should have warning sound)

Yeap, mine just flashing without any beep haha. I suspect maybe the speaker or sound module for the Honda Sensing have some issues 😆

Reverse camera yes. dash cam = add on from Honda if you want to but most just do it outside.

Curious question, do you guys know anywhere outside can replace the front 2 leather seats in V-Sensing model with the Suede combo seats from the RS?

I test drove both last weekend, and i love the RS seats, but i still prefer the Petrol variant.
