normal, last time i top up 1k then the item out of stock so i withdraw the money. then shopee freeze my top up, saying unusual act with my credit card top up. Need me to send them email to unlock it.

Context - Long time Shopee user here, cos I really like the free shipping with purchase over RM40.

Now they force all customers to use ShopeePay if want free shipping. So I transfer RM500 to Shopeepay.

Then suddenly I can't use the money in my ShopeePay to buy item @ RM480 when checkout, said I exceeded Rm200 transaction limit - wtf la I use so long already and verified my IC should be Rm1k limit

Contacted customer support, they give generic answer, ask me to try shopeepay on a different phone, said my phone not supported, mine Oneplus 6 also cannot? Need customer to have 2 phones? Ask them what phone is supported, no reply.

Damn, gonna go back to Lazada now

so ngam ngam topup price of product so dat can select "pay with shopeepay". lets say RM40, so topup RM40 so can select shopeepay. thought once can select the payment method, the free shipping voucher will negate the +RM3 shipping fee.
manatau still nid to topup another RM3 for the shipping fee so dat you can use the free shipping

den felt bodo, in the end RM3 will still stuck in there anyway, so pay without shipping voucher leh.
use that 'stucked' money for other cheaper items leh in the future. noe oredi they plan on having the money stuck in there so you'll keep topup bit more so that your stucked money is not wasted.
(yea i know you can transfer out those money, but if RM3~5 onli in there i'd more likely to just topup a bit more and buy other shiet instead of transferring them out)

System bodo. When I want to use ShopeePay for free shipping voucher. System don't allow because the default previous payment is selected like Bank Transfer. So can't ngam put the exact value for total price. You need to put the total price before shipping voucher apply. After put total extra amount, found out the free shipping voucher don't valid to use at all.

The dumb thing about Shopeepay is the 1K limit. And to make it even dumber, most of the attractive vouchers required payment mode to be Shopeepay only. So if wanna buy something that costs RM1000.01, cannot use Shopeepay, cannot use those vouchers. Talked to their Customer Service before about this issue, gave them some feedback, and in return they told me reason they do this is to prevent "money laundering & scam". Don't really understand what they mean by that (smells more like BS actually), straight I switched to Lazada App and purchased the item that I wanted to purchase, settled!
