The dumb thing about Shopeepay is the 1K limit. And to make it even dumber, most of the attractive vouchers required payment mode to be Shopeepay only. So if wanna buy something that costs RM1000.01, cannot use Shopeepay, cannot use those vouchers. Talked to their Customer Service before about this issue, gave them some feedback, and in return they told me reason they do this is to prevent "money laundering & scam". Don't really understand what they mean by that (smells more like BS actually), straight I switched to Lazada App and purchased the item that I wanted to purchase, settled!

1K only, after verified. Game their system, this I really don't understand how, and it's what they told me too, scared kena "money laundering and scam". But Lazada Wallet can, and doesn't have such limit, how come? It's just meaningless for trying to promote the use of own E-Wallet when at the same time limiting people with an amount of 1K purchase only.

Hmmm...........got logic, but the processes seems troublesome. I think people who have money to launder probably won't pick this method because not only it's troublesome, but it's also very easy to be detected, especially when they repeat the same process multiple times. However, Lazada Wallet doesn't have such limit, and wouldn't they (Lazada) be afraid of such problem too? Lazada can make it, yet Shopee can't, I wonder why.
