you need to buy the pin reload voucher from the participating merchants.

i was thinking along the line of "pre-printed physical reload voucher" for those tng ewallet.

from your info, it could be generated from POS itself, which is safer and printed on-demand after purchase.

same experience. Even my add card RM5 was late. T&C state as 31 July but I got it on 2/Aug.

My first add card and topup was done on 4Aug. Still no sign of the RM5

I suspect T&C worded wrongly - we are only eligible for 1 RM5 - either add card or top up. - hence the report it being listed as AddCardCampaign even when the person did a top up.

12 Aug usage not yet paid out - 20 Aug according to revised T&C
