Seems like there has been some problem with 9 Aug cashback. I emailed them and I was asked to provide details for them to check.

I pumped last night too, so far I have not received any cashback yet. Will see if I get it within these few days.

Updates: Just received cashback for yesterday pumping right after I wrote the post.

It seems like if we spent within RM 20 - will get cash back up to 10%. I spent 3 times between RM 12-RM 19 and got cashback of between RM 1.1 and RM 1.90.

Question about topup the e-wallet by using credit card:
- can I topup any amount as long as more than RM10? Like RM11....RM12 ?
- as long as I reload with OTP each time, I'll entitle to enjoy cash back with my credit card (example PBB Quantum Master)

Yes, as long as min RM10, you can top up any amount that is an integer.

Can you reload with OTP? So far my tng ewallet reload is without OTP. It was removed some time back. I haven't reloaded big amount, always less than RM100, so I'm not sure if big amount will trigger OTP or not.

I try not to "save card" so I still can get OTP each time when reload.
I think I read somene posted if you reload RM600, it will trigger the OTP back, but I'm not sure for this.

I kinda like the convenience of no OTP. 😅

I just use my Quantum Mastercard to top up BigPay and then use BigPay to top up tng ewallet.

How long will TNG freeze our account and what can one do to unfreeze it?
I keyed in wrong pin # a few times and it seems TnG only gives you 4 chances. It says if I key in wrong pin again, it will freeze my account

I wanted to pay n need to scan merchant, forgot pin so tembak 3x, don't dare to try the 4th attempt, ended paying cash.

I click forgot pin n reset the pin after 🤣 safer than trying to attempt 4th time haha
