How long will TNG freeze our account and what can one do to unfreeze it?
I keyed in wrong pin # a few times and it seems TnG only gives you 4 chances. It says if I key in wrong pin again, it will freeze my account

Add TnG card? Am a bit confused by this--what does it mean? So far, I have downloaded the ewallet and top up more than $10, but I have not added any card? Received 1 $5 under addcardcampaign but no $ for the topping up of $10 or more

mamamia I did not get $5 for the reload of $10 or more yet. Got $5 for addcardcampaign although I've no TnG card.I only downloaded the ewallet, reload and used it.

1) It means we have to go to the participating merchants and say want to top up TnG ewallet minimum of $20?

2) Do we need a TnG card for this or just ewallet is ok

You have answered my question already by mentioning you added TnG card. For me, I just downloaded TnG ewallet, did not add TnG card.

1 Watson outlet said yesterday don't sell TnG softpin. Another this afternoon said whole Malaysia Watson already no more since yesterday afternoon (supposedly all Watson share same pool for this softpin). And now it seems as of today 8pm, still have. Another Caring outlet yesterday said we don't sell softpin. It seems that we customers are taken for a ride.

If I were to link my credit/debit card to TnG as I want to increase wallet size, later can I unlink it (delete my credit/debit card details) when I don't need such a large wallet size?

There are actually 2 ways to increase wallet size ie either by verifying IC or linking debit/credit card. I've verified my IC but its still in processing stage at this moment--will have to wait until next week before know the results. Meanwhile quickest way to increase wallet size is by linking debit/credit card.

Barricade Under the TnC, it mentioned that the complimentary reload pin is to be used/reloaded to the TnG ewallet before 18/11/2019--that means if its reloaded into the ewallet before 18/11, you can use the $ even after 18/11 right? Or not unless you are a big spender, the $ will be wasted.

Went round today asking also. Watson staff says received email--completely sold out for whole of Watson Malaysia for $20. Caring also don't have.

You can choose to unlink it--there's an option for it

Actually I went on all 3 days, every day Watsons staff tell me no more.

If this is the case, that means TnG is unable to control the backend system on limiting $5 reward to 1 account only or they did not bother to control their backend system. Wonder which is it
