I have 9500 in GO+ and say 500 in wallet balance (currently all non-transferable). When reload 100 from debit card,
1. will the new 100 added considered transferable or non-transferable?
2. when want to transfer RM50 to others , will it be deducting from wallet balance or GO+?

even pink color duit now QR company register some also not support TNG  QR scan for NT/T funds. it had error that ...........currently not support P2P. you have to use transfer function and key in the account number using transferable fund. maybe is some setting on their account.

Imagine, when suspicious activity was detected. They didn’t force the account logout automatically to protect people treasury or using whatever Scan Face/OTP/Security Questions for verification.

Instead, TnG ask you to manual reload for 1% administrative fee🤣 and my payment is make to the well know e-commerce platform. I don’t think it can be classified as suspicions activity to reject the payment. My device never change for a year, network is my home wifi. Even location (GPS enabled) is also my frequent visits location.

In short, i am using Credit Card as quick payment and my account was exceeded the first 1k credit card spending. Hahaha

i am also wondering on this too, was it due to bank trigger OTP or auto block these transactions (relatively bigger amount) which not supposed to happen as auto reload should be recurrent trx, hence TNG tag as  "suspicious activity".

I was using my smarttag yesterday and when I check my TnGO eWallet today, it says I have "pending payments". My eWallet does not have enough money.
I wonder why it did not take the money from my card? I have enough credits in my TnG card but it wants to deduct from my eWallet which has not enough funds
