Is there any foolproof way to identify which QR codes are payment and differentiate them from the transfer ones without having to scan them?

When will be the transferable fund quota refreshed? Mine stays the same even though it is already 2nd August today, it is the same amount as 31st July.

Just now pay for petrol using TnG Visa. It deducted RM200 first then refund the remaining balance after minus the petrol price. The refunded amount becomes transferable.
