why are you even using tng visa to top up grab? left hand go to right hand?

if you are reloading into ewallet mcc using tng visa, it will use your transferable balance if the logic is still there.
Not prohibited but if no points are rewarded it is understandable, you are reloading an ewallet with an ewallet, which should not happen at the first place.
tng reload is limited to first 1k free, and grab does not have any limit to reload.

I still dont see why people are favoring grab over tng, when its harder to reload into tng now.

You can simply reload into grab with a cc that has ewallet cb.

I still received points for spending on GrabFood today (after Grabgift applied to the total payable amount). I guess only the reloading act no longer entitled for points.

By right already redeem use points no need be so petty and impose min spend mah.

I have RM2 discount taobao discount voucher, used PC to log in taobao and paid using TNG ewallet, but after paid, i saw the voucher is not applied?

If I click the voucher in the TNG app, it will redirect to taobao page, but at the payment page there is no ewallet option, only have credit card and china e-banking.

Yes if using PC browser, at checkout there is an option of using credit card, Malaysian e-banking and China e-banking, if pick Malaysian e-banking, next step has the option of using e-banking and e-wallet.

But in my taobao mobile app there is no such option. Only credit card and china e-banking. Your taobao mobile app has tng checkout option?

1Dec , i pay some big purchases PBB VS using TNG ewallet ----

tried a few time . TNG pop out cannot proceed .

call PBB ---- PBB CS said this is expected , manually unlock after verification .

then , the big amount $ transaction go through . Bingo+ a few k tng points.
then, later  , do my regular 1st day of the month 1k CC reload .
"Unable to proceed  .. .... ... call TNG careline" ....

1st call ---TNG CS saiud no issue, tried again in 30mins .....

after 2 hours test again the reload 1k ---kantoi  again same Unable .. ... message .

2nd call ----TNG CS said dued to a few repeated fail reeload/payment failed --- they see it as suspicios activity auto LOCKED.
TNG email me and asking :
1. time of happeing
2. snap CC pic
3. snap bank statement of that CC with names , cc number etrc etc etc .

case1 - ewallet have RM0 --- deduct GO+ RM20
case2 - ewallet have RM1 ---- triggered Quick payment RM20  (not enough balance)
