Not sure

Will update here later, but gonna try out for the first time with Boost, the outcome will be the same with TnG I guess.

Quick update:

Guardian uses Mpay handheld scanner for e wallet payments

Also, the quick payment was quite slow today, Mynews cashier had to scan my code twice for the payment to go through.

Saw it in Pudu, there's a sign at the counter, but didn't try it though cuz had nothing to buy that day...

Maybe will try it someday...

And yes, can confirm that most MyNews outlets accept TnG, you will see the sticker at the front door, been using TnG to pay in quite a lot of MyNews outlet.

There is no benefit to try on 99Speed. Why don’t you try on Shell or Guardian? You will get cashback by spending on these.
*
Benefit is convenience...

This fact can't be denied.

I like the fact that MyNews staff are damn smart...

I just open TnG, hand over the phone without saying anything, then the cashier know what to do. rclxms.gif

I don’t really fancy handing over my phone to strangers lol. Don’t see the need to do so as I can just flash the QR code and the cashier will use their handheld scanner and scan the code.
*
Actually they're using handheld scanners, but for some reason they don't remove it from the stand and hold it to scan our codes...

As mentioned earlier today in Kopitiam section, no they don't.

7-11 only accepts Razer Pay.

However...MyNews, KK Mart, 99 Speedmart do accept TnG.

Probably a loyal 7-11 customer, but I don't think such thing exists when 7-11 sucks in our country, but who knows? biggrin.gif

I believe Boost wouldn't stand still and let TnG dethrone them easily...

Maybe bring back the 50% cashback promotion during back in the days? icon_idea.gif

Yes the 50% CB was the best, that's when I started using Boost but it will never be back again, since they will be very proud of achieving such huge customer base now.

I hate Maybank the most, pathetic promo. Just saw spend RM 15, get RM 10 rebate at Tokyo Secret, the promo runs for 1 week, and quota is 100. Might as well don't do it. Many times already, stupid Maybank 31% QR promo, after like few days quota hit despite a month long promo
*
Already ditched Maybank QR Pay and will probably never use it again... biggrin.gif

It just sucks.

Pengguna PLUS boleh bayar tol guna kad kredit, debit

https://www.bharian.com.my/bisnes/korporat/...ad-kredit-debit

Hehe...that's what I wanna see...
