I noticed that every time when we pay using TnG ewallet at speedmart 99, cashier need to manually key the amount. There is a possibility that cashier might key in the wrong amount. I experienced this before and luckily the cashier gave me back the extra amount that was wrongly keyed in in cash. I think they should improve the system to get rid of this manual keying in. The purpose of ewallet should be fast and convenient.

Maybe only Speedmart99 got this problem. What about other places?

Other places I didn't see this problem yet.

Then you should make a complaint about this. Tell them about your experience. Make sure to write your complaint in an angry customer's manner. You're lucky to have noticed the mistake. It can get ugly for people who don't usually check stuff, especially if it involves a huge sum of money.
You started using e wallets not too long ago right? Because such method is quite common especially in KL, not every merchant would wanna change to a whole new POS system with handheld scanners cuz it probably costs more than just having a device scanner.
To change or not is up to the merchant, and I think 99 Speedmart wouldn't really bother changing to a whole new POS system from their old system, as long they are able to accept e wallets.
