Tried to use the Visa card a few mins after unlocking it but declined. Both Contactless and Contactful also declined. No transaction HIStory recorded. End up paying with the ewallet.

Next time I'll try unlocking longer before using.

Anyone experiencing issue trying to use TnG Visa card to top up to BigPay?

Tried with different Tng Visa card on different BigPay accounts also same error. Wonder if TnG blocked/restricted payment to BigPay?

You still can't topup shopee using tng visa? I think it's only your shopee because I found people recommend it to pay on shopee.

I can't reload my other 350 with reload pin, says reached my monthly limit.
Can't transfer more than 1.2k my stupid monthly limit. So what can I do? Now my money locked in tng forever?? Asking my relatives don't make any difference cause now money lock, while tng staff laughing at my back.
I'm urgent as ever can't buy the new phone. Can't even upgrade to GO+ cause I'm foreigner. Bodoh racist app.

In the TNG ewallet app there is GO+, GOinvest, GOpinjam. Maybe they can change the name to GOvisa

I just start using TnG ewallet. Kinda force to use it because my new company i joint give christmas money and CNY money through ewallet. I also dont know what to spend the RM2k in there. Expiry April 2023. Why Ewallet have expiry ?

Got the email yesterday and able to top up again , reply them again to ask about

I asked them about the ABUSE they mention like frequent transfer as it was treated as cash withdraw as well.
If they doesnt like we transfer the money to others better they just remove the function. Funny enough they launch the angpow function and even encourage user to use that, and follow by a ban lol.
I dont mind you ban users who is really abusing the system but please audit the account before banning. For citibank ewallet cash back i accumulated more than 15k balance and use up slowly in retail payment plus , average spending 500-1000 per month. Until in Jan they decided to restrict me from topping up from cc which i accidentally found out when i try to add new scb card to tng( ewallet balance is around 10k because of citibank campaign for 10 months 😂 )
Now waiting their reply but i think will be those generic reply by their cs. If they restrict again then i’ll just withdraw all the fund from wallet  go+ and and just use for toll usage.

is TnGO halt the Visa card delivery? Seems like they are not mailing the card... I've ordered on 19th Jan but still yet to mail it out by TnGo

Some people complain the TNG visa card can't pay for toll.
Minister order TNG not to confuse people.
They probably changing something about the card so can't deliver it to public yet.

Trying to book a hotel thru agoda website for RM120. Did not go through then.

The email say my TnG ewallet is restricted for 48 hours. But when i tried to use my ewallet to pay astro bill and it went thru. So no restrictions as reported by another forummer earlier.

GO+ > Three dot on top right > Settings > Turn Off Quick Cash

You have to do it everytime you topup.

Over past 2 month the only payments i made is pay to restaurant or transfer to friend. Non of it is over RM 100 hahahha really speechless

if i want to pay a friend and found out my ewallet insufficient fund and hence i top up and transfer, then this is cash out / cash advance. i was like huh? hahahahha
