Since we can no longer purchase ewallet top up pin through lazada, does it mean that we can no longer top up by credit card? Or is there any other means to top up ewallet by using credit card?

1Dec , i pay some big purchases PBB VS using TNG ewallet ----

tried a few time . TNG pop out cannot proceed .

call PBB ---- PBB CS said this is expected , manually unlock after verification .

then , the big amount $ transaction go through . Bingo+ a few k tng points.
then, later  , do my regular 1st day of the month 1k CC reload .
"Unable to proceed  .. .... ... call TNG careline" ....

1st call ---TNG CS saiud no issue, tried again in 30mins .....

after 2 hours test again the reload 1k ---kantoi  again same Unable .. ... message .

2nd call ----TNG CS said dued to a few repeated fail reeload/payment failed --- they see it as suspicios activity auto LOCKED.
TNG email me and asking :
1. time of happeing
2. snap CC pic
3. snap bank statement of that CC with names , cc number etrc etc etc .

really treating u like criminals.

Oof. Glad to hear I’m not going crazy, but this seems like a major oversight, as I thought TNG is incentivized for us to keep as much money as possible in GO+.

Just to update the progress. Today there is an update to my TnG app in iPhone 6 and it manages to resolve the issue. So I am good now. Can open it without problem 👍

GX and other cards also waive because, in my opinion, they knew will lose customers if they charge annual fee. T@NGo on the other hand knew many will retain their card despite the charges.

Boost beyond card. Sort of like bigpay. Can just opt for virtual card if don't want to pay the rm20 fee for physical card.

So now what happens to the merchants that uses tng solely? Most hawkers that I regularly buy food with still uses tng only. Hope they will start to accept grab soon.
