I thought the promotion is over so cannot cash in anymore.

if like that meaning to say I had been banned by Touch n Go, due to I cannot cash in anymore.

Even though use bank transfer also cannot cash in.

go+ is a standard feature

4% bonus is just bonus, nothing about removal of the go+ feature


if you cannot cash-in to go+ due to policy violation, then gotta sort out with TNG Digital team.

What is the pattern of your cash-in n cashout?

Last month use credit card Cash In, then this month Cash Out.

Then banned

Update on my A+ , bought the KFC RM29 voucher for RM19.90 ::

1. A+ will refund on 10Feb (full refund)
2. A+ gave RM3 TNG reload pin as compensation .

precisely how many days in between Credit card cash in & cash out?

Bank transfer is supposed to be direct into Go+, not through ewallet

One month cash in many times.

But cash out only once a month.

Is it?
I had tried use duitnow but direct go ewallet instead of Go+

from inside Go+, Cash In > FPX. Now you better settle with TNG to unban your Go+ cash in since you're literally stuck just between dream and reality.

What I tried to say was, if you bank transfer, don't go through the ewallet.

Recently fraud cases around me.

Case 1: A guy receive notification his TnG eWallet transferred out rm3k to unknown tel number. Apparently, ur TnG linked to credit card is not secured. Luckily, he bought WalletSafe, the rm1 protection from unauthorised protection for 6 months, so he can claim.

Case 2: Another guy receive phone call that he will be given rm800 angpow, request last 6 digit of his IC to update the system. Rm200 transferred out. Luckily he didnt keep his credit card detail for reload in his app
