the property price is high and there is big risk.
why should I take such a risk? condo doesn't work well at JB, not same like KL situation
a lot or Korean and expat? how to define this " a lot' , can their population more than local people?
there are quite some projects like this at jb before and most of them become ghost city
mount Austin area is compact with C race and even Singaporean and still have the room for property price increase.

p/s: iskandar starts booming with population << I heard this since 10 years ago until now

bukit indah is also good for investment. for me the most important in property is stable and only go for those which low chance will lose.

i agree.. as i too have invested in Permas. Even though I stay in KL. I just like the developments in JB better.. Especially landed prop which is 10 minute drive from CIQ or JB city centre. You will have alot of potential for many different type of tenants..


but what I'm saying is, never say never.. always keep a look out for opportunity. Don't be so quick to dismiss iskandar just because the outlook is currently bad.. things can change very, very quickly..
