people already moved in. forest city is about 15 mins from my house and 5 mins from my office. despite issues with international buyers because of laws enacted in china and malaysia, construction appears to still be full swing. phases already completed have occupants already although, by the looks of it, not very many. but i guess thats normal la for newly VP houses.

Got 2 units and enjoying the tax free liquor and 3 boxes of ciggie daily. Life is wonderful looking at the beach.

It does have duty free shop inside though, just went there a few days ago... got kastam checkpoint at its exit too
