as johorean, I will never go invest in forest city, Iskandar..etc, they are just like the earlier danga bay...
for me on the property investment at JB, I will always stick to Mount Austin area and it will not go wrong

the property price is high and there is big risk.
why should I take such a risk? condo doesn't work well at JB, not same like KL situation
a lot or Korean and expat? how to define this " a lot' , can their population more than local people?
there are quite some projects like this at jb before and most of them become ghost city
mount Austin area is compact with C race and even Singaporean and still have the room for property price increase.

p/s: iskandar starts booming with population << I heard this since 10 years ago until now

bukit indah is also good for investment. for me the most important in property is stable and only go for those which low chance will lose.
