Hi Proton doesn't work. I rather not have it either. Always triggered by accident. Apparently Chinese voice commands are supported but I haven't checked it out.

wanna ask regarding disk plate, my x50 mileage now is only at 23k but disk plate not smooth anymore (confirmed by cs) (and no..i dun spray water on it while heated)

the vibration on steering is getting serious by day, just wanna confirm tat this is the path forward to get this fix.

they only suggest to skim it and force me to pay for the brake pad which cost around 500+. is there such thing on this situation ? possible to claim a new set or something ?

also the wind issue still is a thing with no actual solution a ? 

I had the same situation last year on x70 ckd, when the mileage yet to hit 40k km, iinm 37k km. Juddering at high brake for the 3 years old car. Nearby sc willing to skim foc under warranty without need to replace the pad cz still thick enough. I saw plenty share in FB group for Kelana Jaya 3S, so went there. Straight they request a new front Rotor under warranty and they telling me pad still thick enough. After 2 weeks, part arrive and get it replaced there last time, foc

i see..i'll talk to them again to request without the change of brake pad..i only drive in town, i doubt the brake pad is anywhere near half also..

btw wads the front rotor ya, isit part of the disk plate ? not a car guy ..not really knowledgeable on cars @@

Rotor is the disc brake.

I see..its bad tat i went to this SC-A d..coz they told me that once i go to one SC for a warranty claim ..the rest of the SC branch can only refer back to previous SC-A..is this true ?

my fs now cannot connect to 4g . done unplug IP fuses for >30 sec to reset, yet still failed to connect. any advice b4 i send to service center ?

I now stuck in dilemma due the my car have weird metal rattle noise from the front of car. Which I think either from wheel area or maybe flywheel.
And yes I already complain and send to my usual sc for car check/diagnose.
After SC checked it, they think likely is flywheel but they not very confirm and then ask me send it to cose. 
But after calling cose SC (phone number I found online), they say they do not provide repair and ask me call the HQ hotline
I tried to called HQ hotline but it always busy 

Anyone can tell me which SC with better experience on repair X50 that I can send it in to?

Should be COSE. Why not try sending it for service there & indicate the issue?

the things is last regular maintenance is last Sept. (Just usual oil change etc).
So I call up to COSE for sending in for a proper checking la.
Now both sc are taichi here and there. aiks...

Hi all, I need some advice here.

Last month my wife car got battery issues and we called up Proton road assistance. Towing sent by Proton did a bad job and made damages to the gearbox when bringing her car to the service center. The towing company don't wanna admit they did wrong.

We raised up this issue to Proton customer service, Liberty insurance (the insurance partner) and even made a police report. We sent multiple emails demanding for them to take responsibility but they kept saying it's under investigation without any specific PIC given to us. This issue has been dragging us for a month with no progress and I'm getting nervous.

The only thing we haven't done is report to Tribunal. My question is, what can I do to make this process faster without us claiming our insurance?

Note : the police investigation report is 'refer to the court'. Since no accident happened so they cannot intervene and we may need to the criminal dept instead of traffic.

would you still recommend this car in 2023?
