I got to the calculator but they just provide basic quote without the addons for things like the windscreen and special peril.

you need to proceed further; not so good value compared to MSIG

Perhaps you could make a comparison with MSIG.

The explanation from proton is that the side mirrors aren't aerodynamic. Hence the wind noise. I think it's bs. I'm a car guy and I know there's a fuck up somewhere at the door

If send to sound insulation shop, they can rectify it?

Different of etiqa vs po, u pay full first for Etiqa then after certain time show them what your usage mileage hence getting the cashback. Po u pay 5k km mileage first then top up if u need it. If don't u will convert to 3rd party insurance once hit more than the capped mileage

I rather go with Etiqa, at least claims with them less hassle.

I'm not sure about PO, anybody has experience with claims from them? Was it a good experience?

Saw many reviewed the Right mirror is kinda designed for LHD hence limitations for the mirror angle.

It is. They somehow 'forgot' to convert RHD, like some car.
But that side mirror shape causing wind noise is another issue from limited view.

Both issue above need change whole sidemirror, both side internal and external to eliminate windnoise and make that mirror can view better angle.

When driving and it is raining, i can see water trail move on my driver windows like W (rotate W 90 degrees clockwise) from the side mirror. While my other car its like E.

Dont know how to explain it but i think it is true side mirror is not aero dynamic enough causing the wind noise.

Oh wait my other cars side mirror located at door. Hv better visibility as well when taking turns. Lol.

dont like the proton power boot because no boot release button from driver side. need to press 3 times to open.
Can we request for a boot release button? are there any empty slot or cut out for extra button. going to collect my FS soon.

Hi all, x50 executive owner here. Just want to ask do any of you experience the reverse gear not kicking in after shifting to it ?
I have experience a few times when the car is park on a downhill slope (car facing downhill) and when I engage the reverse gear , and let go of the brake , the car will shift forward a bit , I have to step the fuel pedal in reverse gear to have enough power to fully reverse.

I think it is DCT or hill hold d characteristics.
Because engine/gearbox clutch will cut the power if you on autohold or without autohold pressing brake to certain %.

when you autohold reverse and slightly press fuel pedel, it need time to clutch in. So in between that car will slide with slope
