Sadly I am under 30😂
Tbh, even under 30, also not many people willing to walk that distance daily lar. Don't bluff ourselves, we know who we are. Even I was in UM last time, students from hostel to faculty just few hundred metres away, also bring own car/motor to class..
To those students from private colleges in luxury lifestyle, do you think they will walk?

One Residences (across the road from Trion 2)? So-so lor, it's really not the same kind of thing as Trion, very basic amenities.

TBH One Residences is disappointing, to me at least for own stay, because for that price point it's not worth the size, location, or facilities  sweat.gif But if you want fully furnished unit and don't want to think too hard about buying new furniture or renovation then it's a decent choice, the units are also pretty big and spacious, just that for Rm600++ psf it's sort of not that appealing to me because I'm personally more into using facilities/common areas and I'm not keen on the floor plan design for One Residences.

Big balcony tho, so it's nice if you like to hang out on balcony decks and look outside.

The main gimmick about One Residences is how "every bedroom is a master bedroom with it's own attached bathroom", which is very pointless to me as one half of a DINK couple, so many bathrooms for what laugh.gif Great if you have an extended family or you have older kids who want privacy, or if you plan to rent it out on a per-room basis. With fully furnished package you can just move in easily with "minimal" moving costs.

I also have reservations given stories about Akisama group's previous projects and how they handled those projects after VP  sweat.gif

If one isn't interested in this project and its surroundings, just move on to other projects. There are still plenty of them around KL and the Klang Valley.

That one picking cherries dy 😂 No one who is honestly able to afford this price point for own stay is THAT reliant on public transport, city cars pretty cheap and e-hailing is easy to get in the area.

Those who can afford only rental will walk because they don't mind or have no choice, and even got car will commute anyway because parking in KL is murder on wallet.

Want absolutely perfect living conditions then buy land and build your own mansion 😂😂😂😂

People who dont take LRT/MRT will think it's too far. Too privilege, golden leg, have car.
Go out and ask those people who actually takes LRT/MRT first. Survery yourself and dont assume before buying. very simple.
I used to work in Singapore and walking 650m to Aljunied MRT every single weekday.
But still agent told me got shutter bus right? which is shared with Mercury hotel and Trion??

For me I dont mind view all that, so lowest floor is fine for me at that price,
but I will take a look at one Residence and others also, 2025 is abit too long

I have viewed some nearer to LRT/MRT like Miharja Condo, price quite low but very very old
Cant be choosy.

Yeah haha I know, I've been walking and commuting for decades already, even now I walk 2km a day back and forth just for work, can easily hatch Pokémon GO egg tongue.gif my post is for that fella in this thread who keeps complain "wah CSL station so far" and just talking out of butthole only. Walking is a part of life for many people who work in KL area. Distance is all relative, people who don't like walking will complain 500m is far, people who don't like driving will think 20km is far LOL.

Agent said the same to me about shuttle, but when I survey the sales kit they don't explicitly mention the shuttle, so I'm not sure if it'll actually be extended to Trion 2 residents. I suspect it'll only pass by Trion 2 road but not actually stop laugh.gif

If that bus is going towards the CSL station and stopping at Trion 2 along the way, it's possible. Coming back is another question entirely, tho.

Unless it goes like this:
Trion/Mercure Hotel - Trion 2 - CSL Station - Trion/Mercure Hotel

That's the only way I can think of for a 'seamless' commute due to the road design there.

Based on my SA, he told me that free shuttle is available to CSL station, but no shuttle provided from CSL station to TRION.

This is kinda weird leh. The shuttle bus pick up ppl from Trion and drop them at the station. Why don't they pick up ppl at the station after they drop the passengers off? They still have to go back to Trion after drop off, no matter it's filled with passengers or empty.

Yes. Who pay the maintenance fees, petrol?
If hotel low occupancy rate, still need shutter?

Developer will provide for trion 1 for 1 or 2 years lo. After handover to jmb, depends on owners need it or not bah. For trion2, i have no idea. Cuz the SA didnt really mention about the shuttle bus
