Any additional info? How's the layout?

660 sf, 802 sf , 922 sf.

two tower, total around 550 units.

I tried to walk from the project area to ChanSowLin LRT station. took me less than 20 mins to walk there and walk back.

The chansowlin LRT station will be future MRT2 interchange station.

One station away from Bandar Malaysia and TRX

Try walk at night time.... You get the real feel

Ya, it will be scary to walk at night for now..

Maybe after MRT2 is completed, they will improve the walk way? and hopefully binastra land will provide a covered walk way....

A lot of safe walking distance project... No need choose Trion since the price is not cheap.
If choose Trion, will sure got other reason but sure is not waking distance to MRT.

This project located sandwich between bandar malaysia and trx.. Will it be a plus point for trion in future? I believe if Bandar Malaysia is proceeding, the infrastructure between TRX and bandar malaysia will be improved..

Visited to the gallery. seems like better than Trion 1, cheaper and less density.

Seems like the property master said property price drop 70% is a joke, for me drop 30% already happy. Haha.

Actually this is what market open info, I not sure why bank so concern, if they wanna check, sure can check out 100% projects also give Rebate. Why need wayang?

Of course this is open market, nowadays giving rebate is very common but valuer/banker still concern about it. if touch wood at the end slash margin will affect the sales ba. my2cents
