I only can find 15-39 415 chain in Penang, but I don't like the stock sprocket setting because it is too long for urban riding and winding mountain passes.1. 12-34 sprocket, RM45 2. One of my fren installed and the acceleration felt light. The drawback is u gotta do chain maintenance every 500km. btw, I already gave up AHM exhaust. It is freaking loud, i hate it This post has been edited by charge-n-go: Aug 27 2008, 01:01 PM |

QUOTE(`my` @ Aug 27 2008, 01:38 PM) Got a question to ask. Doesn't it felt to light using 12-34? And does it suitable for the Clutch version to? yes, 12-34 is quite light. the gear ratio is 2.833.15-39 = 2.600 15-40 = 2.666 15-41 = 2.733 15-42 = 2.800 15-42.5 = 2.833 (same as 12-34) Well, it is all personal preference. I felt it is ok only, I personally would prefer more lightness. and I don't think it has anything to do with clutch / no clutch. Hope it helps |

How better it go with the braces on? 15-39 = 2.600 15-40 = 2.666 15-41 = 2.733 15-42 = 2.800 15-42.5 = 2.833 (same as 12-34) Well, it is all personal preference. I found Xena XR1 lock at MH Chua TTDI. They've got stock and the price is RM195. Does it fits the LC ES' large disc brake? |
