chill bro.. i just repeat wht others said.. honestly i'm really interest with preve until latest incident, kinda let down to me.. the spec is top notch but the big issue maybe not yet settle, QC..

I called the saleslady from Urus Usaha and she said there is nothing she can do. She said once the car is sold, it is not the dealer's responsibility. She insisted me to talk to the workshop. She even told me to drive the car (with brake problem) to the workshop. I told her there is no way for me to drive the car on the road again given the car could possibly fail to brake anytime. She said in this case, I could just leave my car at home forever then. Of course, I refused the suggestion, a guy then took over the phone and shouted at me with obscene language, insulted my mother. I immediately raised my concern and requested for the manager's number. They refuse to give and insisted even the manager will not help me. I totally understand I need to deal with the workshop about the car's problem, not the dealer. However, for goodness sake, this is only a 2-3 weeks car. Not even a month old. Shouldn't it be any after-sales services from Urus Usaha? instead of telling us "ta-ma-de (obscene language), there is nothing much we can do, drive the car to the workshop at your own risk, else leave it at your home forever". Is this the right attitude? the customer may not be always right, but they definitely deserve the right to ask about after sales questions (e.g. how about the accident, even though it was minor scractches, it was caused by a failed brake for a 2 weeks old car, should we report to polis or Urus? or compensate in cash to the person whose car got hit by us? etc etc... ) Seriously, I dun think the workshop will answer these questions. I dun even think they will fix my car plate even though it was indirectly caused by the failed brake. Anyone know who can I feedback to? I did the same when i had problems with my wira years back. was being push around btw sales & service center. As i always say to any living soul that i know, why spent your ringgit & suffer this kind of heart to ass pain buying a proton. |

hi all sifu here and there,
i am having some problem with my LMST. got exhaust smell in my car cabin when high rev ( not idling but moving position ) i have changed the exhaust muffler , vent mati the aircon inlet , replaced the boot rubber. but still got some smell whenever tekan alot minyak. anybody experience this before ? i have googled with lots solution like above but not able to solve this problem ............................@.@ |

HI guys
Recently i noticed a very strange noise coming from under the bonnet whilst driving. It happens only when accelerating slightly hard. Heres the issue: the engine makes a 'shooo' sound when accelerating slightly hard, normal acceleration is fine - it sounds like a burst of wind noise which is what i thought it was, but its definately not that as i hv tested it many times now 2.5k millage inspira. whats the prob here? only if proton allow checking on saturday. sigh This post has been edited by blackmarket: May 2 2012, 08:39 AM |

today, my proton persona Fuel Pump broke down & I was stuck in the middle of highway, almost got bang from behind from speeding car.
VERY DANGEROUS.... Very the dangerous, caused me RM420 to replace the thing... |

saya pakai 2003, Waja 1.6X Premium using 4G18P..
smlm nk masukkan gear mmg susah.. harini, tekan kluc rapat2 baru gear masuk.. dah pkai kereta ni 10taun, xpenah ganti kluc.. adakah ini masalah kluc? saya ingin bertanya diforum, takut2 ditipu orang bengkel.. tq.. |

Paint job is bad... But bear in mind...More wear and tear happens coz most Proton users are using the car on a daily basis Cant compare with Foreign cars owners... They maybe have more than one car... Or travel less compared to Proton owners I still support Proton cars Due to value for money Da gong jai like me... After sales and QC is bad... Yup, every man-made item breaks down/fails sooner or later. One always hopes for "later", of course!
However, the MAIN factor is LUCK!! Even the human body does so....FAIL! Even the Rich ones... An undeniable fact that everyone has 2accept. Difference in car makes mayb juz the %age. However considering wat is paid, one buys the make with BOTH eyes OPEN!! It is VERY wrong to complain & condemn after one has personally made the decision.
