There is usually a couple more days of grace period. However, if you value your number, please top up on 24/03/2022.

DiGi changed the grace period for all prepaid plans to 90 days.

with SLL you pay for validity and that's all you get

with Always Active, you pay for a package and get automatic validity that matches the package term

you are right, after switching to Next we cannot revert back to Live.

It's not available for Live plan, because DiGi give 2.5gb video weekly for topping up.

luckily I am still keep my old Best plan with 1.5GB/month of basic data plus RM38/year validity.. cannot get these kinda deals anymore

my plan is New Best v1 from 2016 if not mistaken

I hope it's safe, I don't subscribe to non-basic data except occasional one time pass or freebie

unlimited calls should be all networks

other than calls, the main difference with RM1/day is that subscription has no limit on hotspot sharing

maybe the CS agent is confused and the July date is just the deadline to subscribe in the first place?

it would not make much sense for DiGi to give up on deducting rm30/month so easily

I got this offer too and find out the hard way it's not under Always Active.

DiGi is well aware of the issue and is expected to rebate everyone as soon as they can figure out the process, without the need to report, so yours is good plan.

unfortunately the resolution Digi give me makes things worse

1 the RM5 subscription is now free
2 they added back RM5 under bonus credit, meaning only valid 30 days

Obviously, DiGi try to spin it as an accident for the regulator. If it was supposed to be free, why would we need an opt-out?

Axiata should do an Elon now and back out of their merger.

Hotlink already doing that with their Call Me Alert subscription.

They give one month free to new customers, then have to opt out or kena 50 sen monthly charge.

It's only 50 sen yet for sure some customers are subscribed and being charged without even realizing.

about the auto subscribe scandal, DiGi have started refund process to main credit. It may take 24 hours for all to receive the update.

they are moving the credit back to main balance now

I believe you have to wait for it.
