if you are referring to credit validity, 10th will be the last day valid so you can safely top up on that day

My 1GB IDD Internet Club quota miraculously drained to zero. Normally, end of month the balance will be around 600MB.

500MB basic data that's left is not deducting at all.

MyDigi app is better today, but quotas still going up and down like a stock market. Checking quotas under *200# seems more reliable.

Legacy plans seems to be the worst affected. And I noticed the MyDigi app sometimes seems unable to show more than two data buckets at a time, you can try refereshing and see what turns up.

Agreed, normally after telco merger they will keep the two brands for maybe a couple of years, then choose one brand, unify plans and start closing shops.

If your validity already expired, check the sms from DiGi that mentions incoming calls until xxx, that is your line termination date.

Or call the automated helpline and the robotic woman will announce the date for you.

Yes, just ignore the icon.

I tried many things, including reset the phone app and phone itself, and nothing worked, so I live with it since I don't use voicemail anyway.
