but hotlink dont have 'always active' feature
credit validity expire, internet data stopped
every telco have pro and con
*
No "always active" will only be a problem depending on usage pattern/ habits.

Could just synchronize the top-up and internet pass (the type with unlimited calls) - e.g. top up RM30 (get 30 days validity) and immediately use that RM30 to buy/ supplement internet pass purchase (which mostly are also 30-day passes).

what about if the plan u want to buy is less than rm30 perhaps rm15?
*
Nothing to lose actually. The extra unused RM15 is still yours as part of the credit pool. Of course it will build up over time but you can use it on other things - pay Play Store purchases, pay YouTube Premium (my case).

Can even "sell" to other H users/ numbers at RM0.50 premium aje. Also can be used for vouchers/ discounted f&b.

Last I checked, telco H's 30-day passes minimum is RM20.

So it is true that dependent on each user's usage pattern/ habit.

Hi, I am on prepaid, plan to buy the add-on "Next 15 Plan Bundle 3 months" RM45; must I first have a reload balance validity of the same (3 months) or more? thanks!
*
NEXT plans are already "monthly active" in purpose.

So just reload/ pay RM45 and buy the Next15 "3-month" bundle. You will get 90 days validity thereafter to use your Next 15 plan automatically renewed every 30 days.

Hi, my port in to Digi prepaid is completed. For this plan, I just need to reload RM25
Monthly instead of RM30?

Also, how to remove the red hot at the phone app? It indicates Voicemail but after clicking it is still there and charge me 30 cents. i already deactivated voicemail on digi but red dot still there.

Thank you

That red dot is a "bug" whenever iPhone is matched with Digi.

Can search the iPhone forums and find a solution.

Need OTP to login to Digi app on your phone. Once that's done, will "normally" stay logged in until a few app updates later.

How to finish 30GB using a phone that is not hot-spottable?

Greedy CD prepaid nowadays restrict usage that way... it is not even unlimited but "30GB + 6GB HS".

Is this 7.7 offer worth it for low internet usage? (1GB/month)
*
If you can live with 54kbps internet speed.

I thought the 1GB/month speed would be higher than that  hmm.gif
*
Is it advertised higher speed?

I am currently on the same SLL (RM54/year) but on NEXT plan (not CD Kuning/ Biru, if it matters). Its speed is just sufficient for WhatsApp texting. That's the point of SLL anyway, for people that just need/ know how to use WhatsApp or apps of very minimal data burn.

just read term carefully, this was the first I think so -->  brows.gif  internet base plan that cannot be used for hotspot, even though not unlimited plan  brows.gif
only the given EXTRA hotspot quota can be used for hotspot  rclxs0.gif
but I still subscribe it because cheap due to the RM15 discount  icon_idea.gif
after 6months discount then change again to cheaper RM15 next plan, because low internet usage  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
Can still change back to Next plan?

For CD Kuning prepaid, turning off Voicemail under *118# menu will deactivate BOTH local voicemail and roaming voicemail at the same time?

Kuning gets more 5G Data and unlimited calls also 30GB worth hotspot with RM25
*
24GB extra hotspot will be ending/ not be offered after 12/08/2024? Hopefully will be extended again as promotion.

But might as well CD Kuning just open up the main bucket of 30GB for both phone and hotspot use. It is limited to 30GB in total per user, anyway. 30GB is hard to finish using phone per se.

May I know if CD Kuning have monthly plan that below RM20?
Thanks

None.

Minimum is RM25 (inclusive of unlimited local calls).

Perhaps sometimes there will be offers under Box of Surprise.

But the staple offerings (with monthly active) are RM25/ month minimum.

Haven't done this for quite sometime. How do I unsubscribe from monthly internet pass if line already reach grace period? Want to change plan, hence I do not want the auto renew to kick in as soon as I reload.
*
Maybe can disable in MyDigi app under "Settings" then "My Subscriptions"?

Or just reload RM1.00 to activate the account then turn off using the above method?

just topped up rm 30 this morning to reactivate and renew cd25. the previous free rm5 voucher already burned before i ever realize my cd25 dah expired

then after then only receive sms about successfully activated free extra quota/hotspot that comes with my special cd25 promo plan and also got credit another rm5 voucher for next month renewal.

so i need put reminder next month need reload another rm30 for renew smoothly just in case digi failed to sms me reminder again
*
But why not just pump in RM100 and let it be for the next 4 months? That's the convenience of CD Prepaid right - "auto-renew".

I just topup rm30 for each of my 3 digi prepaid numbers at the beginning of each month and let digi auto eat rm25 for the kuning plan, leaving rm5. Eventually, the rm5 excess will build up to rm25 and I get to skip reloading for a month.
*
The hassle 😄 but your money, your say.

QUOTE(PJng @ Sep 5 2024, 05:28 PM)
As i say before, like me plan come with always on active, so i just keep reload whatever amount, so when internet auto renew, ny account also auto extend valitity
*
CD Kuning Prepaid 25 is monthly active and it auto-renews every 30-days (if you have enough credit). How convenient.

How i wish my telco H has such convenience.

My old digi line has expired after super long period of inactivity.

If I want to purchase a new ‘digi’ sim card, does it still exist or they are all now ‘celcomdigi’?

If possible, I don’t want to use ‘celcom’. Or this no longer make sense? I tried to go to digi.com.my and the url no longer exists.
*
When you buy Edisi Kuning prepaid, it will be under Digi network. "Edisi Biru" will be under Celcom network.

Are these edisi kuning packs sold in typical supermarket or 7-11 checkout counters like before?
*
Seen them in 7-11. Some are even selling pre-Celcomdigi merger sim packs. But upon activation, you could be activated as Edisi Kuning plans.
