If using the same phone but no VoLTE logo on Digi but has logo when on Unifi/ Yes, that could mean your Digi line is not activated with VoLTE (normally the case for new activation - need to call CS to activate it) or your phone's firmware/ softwarel has no provisioning for Digi VoLTE.

When you make call on Digi, does the signal drop to 3G/2G?

Me using this (3-month bundle), even more base quota, all hotspot- able:

It is 3-months' advance payment. No need to remember to renew, for a while at least 😆

But Digi Express stores cannot MNP to prepaid directly, if that's your plan.

I tried this for the 1st time, too, for the extra 0.5GB base quota every month.

But did you get any Loyalty Bonus (assuming you have stayed on Digi Next long enough)?

Prior to this, I had been using Next 15 (one time) and was always given some Loyalty Bonus (the last bonus was 2GB and this month onwards should be 3GB). But I renewed to Next 15 (3 months bundle) this time, Digi no give Loyalty Bonus pulak 😆

I specifically asked CS the same question prior to taking Next 15 (3 months) was was told will be given Loyalty Bonus, too.

So, better just keep buying Next XX (one time) type to get the base quota and max Loyalty Bonus quota, depending on your tenure with Digi Next prepaid.

Tried both one time and "auto-renewal". Both base quota hotspot-able.

But if "3 month bundle", there will be no Loyalty Bonus

So do the calculation and choose wisely. For me, my Next plan has been more than 6 months already and Loyalty Bonus is 3GB. Plus my Next 15's base 6GB, easily more than "auto renewal" and "3 months bundle" Next 15 options.

Yes. Have been using it that way at home through router.

It could just be a "glitch" usual at Digi's end. I am already on the final/ 3rd month of my Next 15 (3-month option) that was renewed only 7 days ago.

Immediately upon renewal, MyDigi showed that I had 13GB base quota BUT with 6.5GB already "used". It also showed 2GB hotspot with 1GB pre-used.



It would be great if Digi implements a carry forward feature though for the 3-month options of Next.
