no 3 and no 4...can use on router and can hotspot

I think there's no difference between A01 & A02. New sim packs get A01. Existing Digi numbers or port-in get A02. Mine are all A02 (changed from Live, Best, etc...)

If i want to convert my nano sim prepaid to esim prepaid, means i need to go to digi centre? Or i can do it thru online?

Can use whatsapp, fb, youtube.
Can't use Lazada, Shopee, Bilibili and many websites.

DIGI supports can't help me at all. I switch the SIM to another phone, similar issue.

Because I decided to port out, so i want to use up the remaining credit. So I make sure the problem is still there, then I buy a 10GB 7days booster, and then the problem disappear. Now I can use Lazada, Shopee, Bilibili, etc. It is deducting the 10GB quota now, it works with hotspot too.

Something really wrong with my unlimited 6MBps + hotspot plan. 

DIGI supports are really bad. They even suggest me to factory reset my phone.
