No. However, once your order is accepted, Digi should have sent you an email. In that email, there is a tracking order button. Just check via that link, it will be updated from time to time.

I thought it should be completed at 9.30 a.m.? I cannot bear with 5Mbps... I used to get 160Mbps and above consistently. Luckily normal work still OK but if later I have video conference will be taxing.

I think it is added into the existing data. Like mine is 200GB, if do a simple addition of used+balance, it comes is 205GB. Not sure about yours.

Been using iPhone all these recent years, no issue with Digi or even other telco. smile.gif
I have Apple Music subscription too and been downloading apps on App Store.

So far it is still OK in Seremban 2 area. I'm using it for conference call now, in back-to-back meetings since 1.30 p.m.

Yes. However, I didn't calculate if it is 1st July, I assume your calculation is correct.
I usually will call Digi helpline and listen to IVR to know when it is the termination date.

Call 0162211800, press 1, then listen to it. It will say "your incoming calls will be barred after x date". That "x date" is the termination date, make sure to extend validity 2-3 days before the termination date. Don't wait till the last minute, who knows there is a technical issue on that day and your no. will be permanently terminated.

Digi postpaid plans have no contract unless you have it with device bundled. It is RM 500 + remaining months. I guess yours is not with device.

Too bad, yes signal is very subjective. It is good at certain area but not in other places. So one's good/bad experience is not the same for another person.

This is my Digi speed at my place, during this hour. Midnight can reach around 200Mbps. smile.gif
