Such a sad news. Digi is better off merging with U Mobile, though i agree that Vincent Tan's company isn't exactly easy to work with. Been avoiding Celcom like plaque. And how funny that a company that is making so much less profit is having their top people to hold the number 1 post in the proposed merged company 

The reason they want to keep two brands going for the time being is to convince people that we still have choices. But should the merger really takes off, it's just a matter of time they will kill off the Digi brand. Merged companies always do this. And all the ang moh top brass from Digi will all eventually return to Scandinavia as the Norwegian government slowly divests from the merged company.

Do Digi/telco really paid the stamp duty? or just trick to earn side money?

Is Digi Fiber internet good? Reliable service? My area just recently got internet fiber, I'm thinking either Unifi or Digi. Right now Digi is offering me good price for 300mbps since I'm a long time inifinite 150 user.

They offer me Digi Internet Freedom 150. Which is 300mbps downstream and 50mbps upstream I think.
Normal price is Rm150. They say here they give RM20 lifetime rebate + RM30 rebate for 24 months (this one is for digi postpaid subscriber) .

Which brings down the price to RM100 per month not including tax. RM106 with tax. Not bad eh?

My only concern is the 'best effort basis' in the term. If they cannot at least give constant download speed 100mbps, might consider downgrade to Digi Fiber 130.

Got SMS from digi (DigiBOS) saying they're a doing a campaign for digi fiber. I somehow click on the link. My area never had any fiber connection, so I jokingly search for my address and surprisingly somehow my area is now covered. Filled their form to register interest last week, then 3 days later got email reply.

Digi differentiate voicemail intondomestic and when roaming!?

I am getting that voicemail notification ever since I change new sim card. Someone previously suggest to put the sim into any Android phone, then leave a voicemail and then delete the voicemail before swapping the sim back into iPhone. I don't have any Android phone to try.
It's not about enable or disable voicemail. It's something like a bug that happens on Digi with iPhone virtual voicemail.

Hello! When I’m using hotspot on DiGi 3G for Netflix streaming, every like 10-20 minutes the data will just stop working and I need to turn it on and off again for the 3G data to start back

Speeds are okay before the data disconnects

Anybody notice this issue before?
