The bank since the transaction was initiated by them. Tell them the full details including the card ending number or screenshot it for them to do investigation to search for the account holder for maintaining a wrong TAC contact number.

TM HSBB wholesale pricing is just way too high.

By comparison, Time and TNB Allo's reference pricing are as follows:

100M/100M: RM99
500M/500M: RM139
1Gbps:/1Gbps: RM199

You need to bundle at least a Postpaid 80 line to enjoy just a RM40 rebate which costs even more.

For DiGi Prepaid BiGBonus plans that get the 30days validity extra Free Internet 2GB allocation on time auto monthly renewal. It's supposed to be an all day quota.

Do note that this quota will be used up first instead of your daily free GB quota for daily use between 1pm-7pm?
If you don't use up this quota, your daily 1pm-7pm quota will be BURNT instead.

I'm referring to the stay longer additional 2GB bonus which is given in addition to the specified quota given by BiGBonus plans.

Why have to use it first before the 1pm-7pm quota? It's supposed to have 30 days validity and can be used all day right? Why prioritize it instead of the 1pm-7pm daily allocation?

If like that if I don't use it my daily 1pm-7pm free data burn instead.

Isn't the policy of data utilization is prioritized for those with shorter validity first?

MINUTE-HOURLY-DAILY-MONTHLY-YEARLY?

Originally it should be like this with BiGBonus 28 Plan.

2GB (Big) + 2GB (All usage) = 4GB Monthly with additional
2GB (loyalty) + 1GB Daily (1pm-7pm) + 2.5GB (video music/week)

The 5GB(extra +3GB) is due to carried forward unused quota.

Only the additional 4GB (loyalty) is a surprised but it has its own restrictions. This quota must be used up first before your 1GB Daily (1pm-7pm) will be utilized.

Like me very light user, my 1GB Daily (1pm-7pm) 30GB monthly usage is all burnt because this loyalty quota until now hasn't even been used up.

Anyway I'm just guessing, this 4GB loyalty quota is given to Prepaid NEXT users instead of older Prepaid LIVE MNP accounts?

The extra all data 2GB is for compensation to satisfy NEXT accounts which do not enjoy 10GB Youtube quota which Live users have?

So it's either:

BiGBonus 28 - 4GB + Unlimited calls with:

1) Prepaid Live gets 10GB Youtube Streaming Quota (2.5GB/week)
2) Prepaid NEXT gets an additional 2GB loyalty quota for non restrictive data use.

Regardless of all these, auto renewal Prepaid Live users will still get the additional all data 2GB quota with 30 days validity as loyalty bonus.

With 35GB on your 7th month accumulated, it's unusual that a normal BiGBonus28 subscriber would get as much as 5GB BiGBonus quota on his first month of subscription.

The regular BiGBonus28 plan user would only start out on the first month with:
2GB (BiGBonus quota) + 2GB (All Usage Internet) = 4GB total + Unlimited Calls

Yours is an exceptional one. Even on first month already receiving 5GB(BiGBonus quota).

Are you from a low internet usage state/East Malaysia, offered some special plan that is not for the general public, OKU plan or your screenshot was photoshopped? hmm.gif

What is the special criteria behind the extra 3GB offered to these BiGBonus 28?
The regular offer(even for those that stayed with DiGi before this coming from Postpaid conversion) which everyone is getting is only 2GB BiGBonus quota which can be carried forward.

Yours is getting more than double of that(5GB) even on day 1 of subscription.

Long time DiGi Prepaid user?
Low Internet Penetration States/East Malaysian States(Sabah)?

Thanks for the earlier clarification.

That 12GB loyalty bonus need to wait after 2 years(24mths) lah before receiving that amount.

Fresh port-ins from other telcos need to start from Day1 which is only 9GB (6GB + 3 Welcome bonus) + 7.5GB daily for the next 6 months.

Wait 2 years just to receive that additional 12GB? maybe by the time already many other telcos already offering UNLIMITED postpaid plans such as UM.

Yeah, the base Bigbonus RM28 is 4GB(2+2). I started on that and switched to the 7GB (5+2) as soon as it was offered in BoS. Also there's free 1GB daily 1-7pm and 2.5GB/week for Youtube/Music. They add up to a lot of extra data if your usage is at the right time or if you watch Youtube. If I use only 20% of those freebie data, that's 6GB + 2GB. Can say that's extra 10GB of data a month.

And then there's the loyalty bonus.

I think they count by your DiGi account's age from day 1 regardless of being Prepaid/Postpaid user.

Received the 2GB bonus despite just after using Prepaid BiGBonus for 1 month. Previously already been with DiGi Postpaid for few months.

Maybe in their database your account details listed with opened since: xx 2019. That's how they count by loyalty giveouts. So if you've peram your DiGi account for many years even did not subscribed to any monthly plans, easily will qualify for 6 months?

Quite a silly customer reward program actually.

How does a recent port-in customer who has subscribed to the auto renewable monthly BiGBonus plans faithfully renewing his plan every month on time without delay less valuable than say a DiGi customer who boiled(peram) his number for say past 10 years with minimal usage just to preserve the number(parking)?

Customer A: Existing port-in subscriber to BiGBonus monthly plan for 6 months and renewing faithfully on time without fail throughout the entire period.

Customer B: Have been using his DiGi line for past 10 years with minimal activity just to "receive" calls throughout the whole period, did not subscribe to any plans since day of signup and reserve the number with minimal top up approaching termination every time?

So Customer B immediately gets extra 6GB upon the next successful auto renewal loyalty reward while Customer A has to wait 24 months to achieve the same reward tier?

What a good logic DiGi marketing staffs have. shakehead.gif doh.gif

A fairer approach is to count how many months a subscriber has been auto-renewing their plans on time and reward accordingly. Not how long they have been been DiGi based on account age if they cared about revenues.

Take for example an Infinite 150 account holder who has been using it for 1 year > prioritized than a 20 year old prepaid account holder who only tops up the minimum amount just to prevent the line from getting terminated and to receive calls only.

Really who is the silly DiGi marketing person who keeps coming out with these ideas recently?

Instead of connecting through mobile base station, your calls will be routed via WiFi where your phone is connected as the name implies.

Even if you have ZERO bars of signal strength from your mobile network, your WiFi will take over the role of connecting your phone back to the telco network.

But so far I find DiGi has one of the lousiest support for VoLTE/WiFi for phone models. It's spotty even my Xperia phone with Europe firmware is not recognized on their network.

No issues with standalone 4G networks such as Yes 4G and Unifi Mobile though.They work seamlessly.
