Maxis careline told me the status is show cancel but not reject. Must walk into the same center to resubmit the status again.

What a shit. I'm done with it .

If you cannot go to centre, switch online.

Hello eyeryone.

I registered for postpaid last May
What if I decided to terminate it.
What are the steps involved?
Thank you.
*
Can try to call their CS to request termination, provided your postpaid line is not under contract.

What is "other payment" in Mydigi app when purchasing add-on? It has 2 options for payment which is charge to account or other payment option.

Hopefully it will have more improvement after the network merger complete. I was on Digi since 2010 and switch to Hotlink last year due to frustration over poor indoor signal at my office. It's not always perfect but my nightmare of no data and hard to get calls while at work has been solve.

I am on Digi Postpaid 60 (with +50GB data) and a supp line plan RM20 for dad. Last bill was RM 107.

I'm looking for a cheaper alternative. What can I do with Digi?
*
What is the source of the extra charges? 60+20+6% only less than 90.
Can downgrade to postpaid 40 +family plan 20. Prepaid maybe more hassle for your dad to remember when to reload etc.

Has anyone seen the price reduction for their Digi Home Fibre since the announcement a few weeks ago? My 2 year contract for the 300 Mbps line will be ending at the end of November. Worth continuing?
*
Price reduction will only happen in November. Not worth continuing, better port out to Maxis or Unifi and enjoy their available promotion.

Guys, need some suggestion, currently my office installed with unifi biz however only with vdsl up to 30mbps, so I am thinking to cancel unifi and look for a cheaper solution. Time doesn't have infra as well at my building so I am down with looking for LTE modem with Telco.

What would be best plan to subscribe for now under Digi and what router would be best?
*
If your area has good 5G, you can buy a 5G modem and subscribe Umobile UHome 5g, only RM68 monthly.

QUOTE(joehann @ Oct 23 2023, 01:54 PM)
How about their 5g line? last time in sabah, my colleague using unifi mobile and said that the 5g coverage is quite good but when inside the hotel, the signal are only at 1 or 2 bar.

Yea plan to buy and test it. thinking of subscribing to cheaper package since my house and office are on unifi. so out of my monthly 70gb data, I only only utilize around 10-30gb every month.
*
5G indoor is always the problem unless you are near the tower, or the building have 5G antenna.

Just need confirmation before I walk to the nearest umobile service centre, how is Digi line experience for you for the past few months? Digi for me has been an absolute ass, with random no mobile internet even at full network connection.
*
If you are on prepaid, just port over and test your experience with Umobile. Can port back anytime if you are not happy.

Try buy a prepaid sim to test first. If you are willing to invest, buy a good 5G modem
