Normally if we subscribed to a postpaid plan, and after some time digi changed its postpaid plan, old users will still able to stick back on the old plan? or will auto change as well? coz prepaid one is will always require to follow latest plan, cannot lock on old plan even if more worthy sometimes.

Speaking of WiFi Calling, I think I found an issue when it is enabled while being in Malaysia.
Many times after leaving home where I was connected to my WiFi I had problems with data, no internet connection despite 4G icon, up until I turned Airplane mode on and off.
Result: I've disabled WiFi Calling when I'm not abroad.

anyone face before on digi line, not able to receive otp sms from whatsapp?  i just ported into digi and currently not able to receive any automated call or sms from whatsapp itself.

but most weird is only whatsapp that is impacted. banking sms all able to receive

Dear all Digi sifus,

Yesterday, I received a notification from Digi informing me that my credit has dipped below RM3 and I need to topup.
I was quite suprised by this notification as I know I have RM30++ credit left in my phone. But when I check the statement,
I was shock to find out that Digi has been deducting my credit without my knowledge for data service that I did not use.
I don't use mobile data and definitely did not subscribe to any data plans, I only use Unifi wifi for internet services.
Can anyone here tell me what have happened and how I can stop Digi for deducting my credit any further.

hi guys, am currently been maxis user for more than decade.. moving to new house and maxis totally no coverage.. im on 98 main + 48 sub line, monthly rm166 with tax.. can recommend me digi plan suit me? i dont need huge data, 30gb combined is more than enough.. what important is free call..

Am on postpaid digi 38 plan for many years free 1gb 1-7pm, now got sms will be upgraded to digi 40 plan... which I never applied. Anyone else kena?

Why prepaid always cheaper than postpaid?
Prepaid rm40 can get unlimited 6mbps add rm5 can get unlimited hotspot summore.

Just ported from Celcom to Digi. And now im also facing red dot saga on my iPhone. Read a few pages in this thread months back and tried . Anyone got solution for this? I tried deactivating them.. but still got.. Also tried reactivating it, but when call voicemail i always get "System is busy. Try again later"....

Digi CS is saying this is a Apple issue.

Weird thing is I opt in for Gadget sim as well which does not have call feature, but it is appearing "New voicemail" notification... Wow...

I wanted to switch my Postpaid 40 to Yoodo, I get only 25GB data and unlimited calls on Digi. I can forgo the free calls and Yoodo is 20GB for RM 20.

Then, Digi counter-offered me with Postpaid 35 that gives 30GB data, additional 3GB hotspot and unlimited calls. After consideration, I accepted the offer to stay back with Digi.

Even without Yoodo, my second option will be Celcom mix and match which is also RM 35 (30GB and unlimited calls) and it has advantage because it comes with 5G. However, this Digi no. is always in my router which doesn’t support 5G, so I guess I can continue using Digi 35 for now. Since it has no contract attached, so I can still switch to other telco next time.
