I have RM 1 unlimited BoS for one of my prepaid no., I have activated it and plan to use it for few days when I’m in KL... I plan to deactivate it later when I leave KL, how can I do it? I don’t see any deactivation button.

I also wanna see what’s the speed, curious actually then I realized I cannot deactivate it.

You could only suspend it for insufficient credit. You may or may not be able to subscribe again after deactivation.

Nope, not for me. Still not deducting YouTube usage from the Daily Productivity 1GB, unless I use VPN.

Mydigi apps --> setting --> My subscriptions --> Unsubscribe Daily (Unlimited) rm1
Once deactivated, you have to wait for the BOS again if you want the rm1 unlimited.

Thanks all for the kind replies. Yeah, it’s under my subscription. I thought it is capped to 3Mbps but somehow I got full speed late midnight. Now I just activated free 1GB for 7 days so definitely on full speed. Let me try again after it’s finished.

May I know if I switch to digi prepaid next 35 for the 1st month can I downgrade to next 30 for the 2nd month?

The subscriptions are not automatically renewed so every 30 days you have to manually buy again like new...if that subscription you want is still available at that time (Digi says some of their add-ons are "limited time offers").
