Maxis has special plan for government staff, but need to go to Maxis center to enquire.

No need to remember when to topup, and no speed capped. Perhaps these 2 reasons are enough for some to be on postpaid. Furthermore not everyone desire unlimited with speed capped.

I notice that *#21# also forwards SMS, which is not cool if you want to receive TAC or do not have unlimited SMS. I prefer to forward using *#61#, which is forward when no answer.

Have been experiencing this in Kuching intermittently since 2 or 3 months ago. On some bad days even indoor coverage at home drops to 1 bar 4g. Luckily VoWifi save the day.
I have report to Digi and even MCMC, useless copy paste answers given.

Massive 4g congestion now, as we have no 5g, yet no more 3g to fall back. If your phone has dual sim, get 2 different telco so that one can work as backup.
I port one of my Digi number to Hotlink, and notice the speed test and coverage is better in certain place.

This could well be happening. Maybe it could be TM to consolidate with their Unifi mobile, or in future Axiata acquire the remaining share to become majority shareholder.
Celcom+TM Touch = Celcom.
TM +Webe = Unifi.
Maxis +TimeCel = Maxis.

Change sim card sometimes can solve the problem.
For my case it's different. I do not have the voicemail red dot previously until my sim card spoilt. After I replace my sim card, that's when it started until now. I did try another time to change sim card, but still got the same problem. Maybe when I happen to be near Digi center, I will try change another sim card see what happen.
Digi is strange that they never be able to solve this small problem.

Well for lower segment plan, I think their postpaid 40 now is quite attractive after U38 plan. U38 offers 30gb of data, in comparison, Xpax 40 now gives extra 10gb for 1 year, which total up to 20gb data. Hotlink gives extra 8gb for a year on top of its 12gb data.
I personally like plans with high speed data instead of limited speed.

Can search for digi voicemail or read 1 or 2 pages before. There is no 100% working solution to this, and most people like myself after a while just pretend not to care about the red dot.
