not longer later, suddenly I saw RM30 free credit appear in mydigi APP with 30 days validity 

so, should I take the RM30 and stop MNP out?    not yet receiving port out SMS
RM30-10 still earn RM20 

But this one no need to pay extra for the insurance premium woh...think ok la since every mth also paid about the same for the mobile plan..
this one mobile + medical insurance for RM 98/mth...affordable la for those yg x der medical insurance at all..better than nothing right?

I MNP from celcom postpaid to Digi 40, less than 24 hours during the weekend request accepted and my Digi activated. 2 days already with digi, checked the itemized statement I sent 2 unknown SMSes, wifi sms to non digi no. and another one is to 66668, both cost me about 25 cents. Never had sent any except to reply sms from celcom if I really want to port out, but that was using celcom sim.

luckily I am still keep my old Best plan with 1.5GB/month of basic data plus RM38/year validity.. cannot get these kinda deals anymore

Just to remind us that calling to toll-free 1-800 is now chargeable despite of unlimited calls quota...

Who has experience using different telcos in Malaysia? I'm wondering how Digi compares to Maxis, Celcom and U-Mobile (with my priority being affordable but good connectivity with good coverage throughout different areas).

checked with them..the plan will be active as long as you pay your mobile bill on time haha...but this one coz no need to pay any extra premium..that's the more attracting part..no extra payment with RM 20K medical coverage..so not bad at all right?

I won RM200 cashback from bank and I’m required to reply a short quiz to 62662. Im on Yoodo but stupid Yoodo cannot reply sms to that number. I need to port out tomorrow so I can answer before the competition deadline which is Monday 6pm

Just reply 1st using other phone while awaiting for the MNP-o... no harm to do this... Once the MNP completed, reply again...

Hi, just got this sms. More internet quota but to be tied with 12month contract. Already check with the apps, no similar offer with this free 25GB, only received it by sms. Currently I am on D40 postpaid.

I think can. Went to Digi Express this morning. Immediately they give me sim and arrange port out. Within 5 mins received email from Yoodo ask me to confirm my Port out. Now waiting for Yoodo to terminate my line, then i pop in Digi line.

This is to confirm the sms received is a new free quota to selected no. but need to bind into a year contract. I am accepting the offer and what I am getting for postpaid 40 is 10GB + 10GB + 25GB. Only 10GB base quota is shareable. The total 45GB for RM40/month kira oklah.
In JB city mostly around Ulu Tiram and Tebrau I find Digi is the king, tapau in speed consistently vs to my other celcom no.

I received the same SMS notification on automatic upgrade to NEXT on May 19, 2022, currently on DiGi Best Prepaid V4. Called customer service the same day and was told that the plan switching would not take place and I don't have to do anything. Called customer service a week later and was told that nothing can be done to avoid the NEXT plan automatic upgrade.

Anyone has any ideas to avoid this automatic legacy plan upgrade?

This is more of a downgrade to me, not an upgrade. The internet data amount and hotspot data are significantly reduced in NEXT plan. 

P.S.: My other DiGi Prepaid number on DiGi New Best V1 has not yet been notified of this legacy plans upgrade.

Hi sifus, if I want to port in digi online, when they deliver the SIM card to me, isit true I need to show them IC ??

Problem is my SIM is registered under family member’s name, not under mine. May be difficult if need to show physical IC when they deliver to my doorstep (what if they deliver during working hrs and fam is not at home…)

so go horrible experience with digi...thought the speed was ok.....so port in from redone.....but it was total disaster....redone speed more good....so guys wanna ask if want to port out to other telco how long need to wait? plus after i port in to digi am i in a contract with them? damn menyesal port in to digi

looked at coverage kaw2 say go 4g.....test line total disaster

yeah just port in that postpaid plan....so im safe to port out from digi....lucky for me....dont know bout u guys....but this is my first worst experience using digi...u guys maybe got better experience....but for me after 30 days im out

There are pro and con for both legacy old plan and new plan depend on the user. According to Digi, all legacy old prepaid plan will be migrated to Digi NEXT eventually. Complaint also won't help, they welcome port out or report to mcmc. Time to searching for better prepaid plan.
