when there was problem of 4G network, call in may failed easily, need call more times to succeed

my bigbonus suddenly expired 3 days earlier and 2+2+2.53GB all disappear while I still got free internet not yet fully utilised, very funny
customer service say I use all 6.53GB just few hours lolol..... totally no common sense...........
he then no respond after me keep asking
I thinking to lodge complaint to MCMC

check carefully, your internet may disappear anyhow

after my warning to report MCMC, then only he appear




strongly recommend ppl to screenshot often your internet quota for proof

the problem is system/human error during repairing internet quota
my bigbonus expiry being reduced 3days (I still remember because always active leh)
but stupid customer service said I use all 2+2+2.53GB while 2GB free internet still available
I always observe that bigbonus not yet utilised because free internet not yet finished

such a lausy customer chat service that do not know basic knowledge and still keep ignore me
until I mentioned to lodge complaint to MCMC

look like bigBonus got big bug
months already still cannot fix the problem
even after repaired all bigbonus expiry changed to 30 Nov??? I saw the expiry on 30 Nov changed.

the weird part is CS check their system and told me : ---> you use all your bigbonus internet lolol
rollover might be affected???? still waiting time to see
and no compensation for us

bigBonus problem still remaining unsolved,
website showing less internet than mydigi APP, wrong info ---> 2GB missing

and until now my missing 2+2+2.53GB rollover still a mistery like MH370

serious bug cause my bigbonus expired early but digi technician check and say no rollover found
sure no found because system bug causing internet expired 3 days earlier before renewal
so my 2+2+2.53GB disappeared just like MH370 and report closed
and I got no proof

my advise to bigBonus user, do remember to screenshot more often to avoid missing of internet during due to system bug
specially during month end, internet may suddenly expired and disappeared

I don't think that work ---> rollover=zero, it cannot appear from noway
--> system bug, internet expired, and zero internet

already live agent again, hopefully can get compensation of disappeared internet
I should get about 4.53GB rollover

Don't know how many ppl affected
maybe got ppl no problem with bigBonus rollover
or some never checking, disappear also don't know

mydigi APP maybe got bug?
2GB prihatin also disappear for many days/weeks, only can see from *888#

not only today, already many days or weeks
you need to dial *338*1*1# for second times, then you will successful. (confirmed, tested me everyday claiming)
maybe got bug?
