I think there were no official page related yet only available in mydigi APP of selected users
because only limited area users can get that special unlimted internet plan just like previously RM35 start to rollout to limited users also not much information available



purely depend on area, some area Digi top, some area medium, and some bad
just always do like expert recommendation ---> get a new prepaid to test that telco coverage at your area before switching
& always preparing 1-2 backup sim for security

who say Digi no unlimited postpaid RM150

usually postpaid not common to have unlimited internet and internet always expensive than prepaid,
the benefit was month auto pay and worry free

you can get it in dream, no telco exist such postpaid that will be lose making plan

to get cheap unlimited only available in prepaid but with very busy month reload maintenance
while postpaid you will be worry free auto pay from card but much expensive internet plan

very easy, just use mydigi APP to report network problem, you can get replay very fast
I face before

network congestion
so always preparing a backup SIM from other telco if you need to stay some time at a congested area
unless you arrived earlier than other ppl then, you will be connected and later ppl failed

maybe not working if the problem was network congestion
ppl need to wait until some ppl walk/drive away from that area and reduced congestion, then only you may got a seat for 4G internet
just like a fully utilised carpark keep waiting for ppl to go away for a free slot

so anyone have subscibe to this RM10 with 30mins free call plan? so only a 7days plan

btw BoS usually appear based on your monthly internet plan, like me only see the new RM10 plan and no RM40 & RM55 appear

digi cheating? 25-28 Aug , they say reload RM30 can get free 10GB
but I reload on 28 Aug in mydigi APP but get zero GB, only 10% free credit

nope, I think you do it before plan expired
I try before, after expired cannot turn off the subscription already

I think you mistaken, the account still active, only internet plan expired will cause you fail to unsubscibe the plan from setting.
the auto renew plan I still can see in setting (not sure about new version APP)
the main bug is you will fail to changed/unsubscibe it at the setting

so after that, I successfully tested to unsubscribe the internet plan on the last day

I don't think RM1 unlimited still available no need to wait already.
RM40/month unlimited internet (6Mbps) +RM5 unlimited hotspot already the best prepaid unlimited plan in the market with 300GB FUP I think so
