1. I concur, mine is usually by 9:30am on the 2nd day after.
2. Really? Ive never tried, as all these while, I understood it as points will only be given when top up is performed only on the Grab account with the same number registered to the card. If it's true, then I've been silly all these while. I'll try it out.

Well, based on this discussion, it's a no benefit situation as I've assumed.

But what about supplementary? Of course not for a friend, but say, for my wife to reload her Grab wallet. That would give me more points.
Currently I am reloading only my own Grab and transferring to my wife's wallet, and I keep hitting the 10k limit that really bugs me.

Anyone with experience for the supplementary card able to share?

I think "spend..." may be the confusion here

Let me put it this way..
Top Up RM 1 = 5 pts
*MBB does not care what you pay/spend on your Grab wallet/app... The points is rewarded for "Top Up/Pay Grab services" using the card.

Seems to be an issue with points delay/missing, and I noticed the description is different from the usual, shown below.

2x top ups on the 6th Oct is still not credited, while those on the 9th has been credited today as per usual schedule.

Nope, still not credited. They did call me after I spoke to CS, but unfortunately during that time I was in a meeting and unable to answer.

Seems like only that 1 or 2 days were affected, as all points ever since are credited as usual.

Ah, damn it. It's still happening.

Points not credited for a reload on the 17th with the "GrabPay Petaling JayaMY" description.

Update, spoken to CS to make a report for the latest blunder, and was told that they are still in the midst of manually rectifying the previous, way back to the 4th Oct.

Was also told that they are unaware that it is still happening, as they assumed only till the 14th, hence the report.

Ah crap... Becomes useless then.. Gonna cancel before the "annual charge" gets charged

How did you get 5000 points = RM 50?
Mine still shows 7500pts / RM 50 (platinum)

Also, to join the discussion, can't find any cards for now due to my spending pattern. Haven't had time to process the numbers for now, but the capping on other cards is a turn off, and I'm not in favor to manage a too many cards.

My card will charge thax coming May, I'll have to calculate and decide by then whether to keep.

In my experience up to 2 weeks ago, no.. I didn't need secure2u.

Only once I had to use it was when I changed the email address for statement delivery.
