Hi guy... I recently get my MB Shopee cc. And also an existing MB cc holder.
I already make some purchases & got received statement the 5k welcome bonus MB shopee coin... my statement dated is on 24th of every month...
so far, in my shopee app, i haven't see the coin being updated in it... Anyone having this issue?

i check my hp nos is the same 1... except shopee will auto insert the (+60) in their registry while MB is 013xxx

I got called both shopee & MB services... shopee told me only can earn coin thru their shopee platform... #@$%!!! bullshit... whereas the MB told me only will transfer to shopee app every transaction cycle... usually take how long for the coin to appear in the shopee app? been using the card since early July

It's not T+4 or T+5 after any confirmed purchase transaction? Just now, I call MB again... that's the reply from them... last week I call MB, it say after statement date... so many version...which version should I listened to? 🤣

My statement date is 24th, now already 28th... still not reflected in my shopee app

When you spent? Is the transaction showed in the statement? If so, ask Maybank. I don't face it.

Spent every week of July... reflected in my statement in M2U, but 0 coin reflected in my Shopee... some help centre say is based on Purchase+T4/5... some say based on Statement+T2/3
Need to check with shopee later, dunno what answer they provide me later on...

It seems that your Shopee account and the credit card not really link. As long as the phone number are the same and no duplicate shopee account that use the same number, should not face any issue.

so his question again, will he received 8x coins based what written 'shopee coin earned before payment" or by the amount he paid let say RM500 x 8 = 4000coins? i wanted to know as well.

1) shopee coins earning

2) mbb-shopee card coin earning

I asked in few posts before. Maybank Shopee credit card since when offer 8x coins? Lol......

understand. no restriction on spending in shopee right, or strictly buying from preferred seller and Mall only entitle coins from Maybank??

Hi guys, would like to clarify, the welcome gift of 5000 Shopee coins with mininum spending of Rm300 within 60days, the RM300 spending is it must done in Shopee to entitle this welcome gift? or I can spend the RM300 is somewhere else other than Shopee?

You can spend anyway any amounts you like. Once reach RM300, you will can the coins within one or two weeks after you hit RM300.

I too am out of free shipping voucher except for shopeePay. Seems like not many interesting things to spend today because of that. Sadly enough.

Maybe I’ll be more disciplined next month. Keep the regular monthly free shipping vouchers and use it on 28/8 pulak lah.

My app full of free shipping vouchers but only left one without shopee pay requirements. Yes must reserve one.

Next reserve : 8.8, 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12

Hmmm 8.8 sales. Knowing me, probably free shipping vouchers all used on this date and none on 28/8. Pffft.

Anyway Lazada’s RM15 free shipping voucher is more on constant supply (claimed daily just fine before running out). Been using Lazada with Maybank shopee Visa. Yeah I won’t be getting shopee coins but at least using the card will help me to meet RM300 shopping threshold. Slowly ... slowly.

I mean for specifically today’s promo. Extra coins with shopee maybank card but I must pay for shipping. After calculation & amount of spending, 5x coins won’t cover the lack of free shipping. So I decided to spend on Lazada with free shipping.

Currently my aim is just to meet the RM300 spending limit. Getting 2x or 5x shopee coins is just secondary bonus.
