No he means the grab account phone number still need to be same as maybank grab card.
Eg top up using mum acc dad acc sis acc,
the 5x point will still go in to your grab account (which phone number same as maybank grab card)
phone number not same point cannot sync correctly.

Is the 5x point credited instantly? I activated by Grab card this morning. Half an hour later, topped up RM50 into my Grab wallet. But I did not get any 5x points.

i use it to pay bill & every time use grabwallet on those that accept grabpay. Not using other ewallet.
When u hit platinum level, u just need to spend certain amount for entitle to upgrade to platinum for next 6 month. While u in platinum, u keep use it , so it continue upgrade to platinum. that why now my new expire date is 30 Jun 2021.

Right now is 28 pts to maintain silver for mine, lolz ..

Forgot to call bank to get my tracking of physical card

I just activated my maybank grab card. Ive add in the card into grab app. My question is:

1) the 1000 grab point and platinum upgrade still require a few working daya correct

2) to maximise point earning, grab wallet still need to be the primary method of payment while the maybank hrab card should only be use to top up grab wallet right?

3) it is not required to make the maybank grab card as primary payment method for the 1000 + platinum upgrade + 5 point for grab spending correct?

i only use grabwallet to pay Time bill (5+3=8x). Grabride / grabfood use card (amex) instead of wallet. maybe sometimes some merchant like food court that accept grab wallet. that's it.

Both TIME self care portal and app support payment using Boost and GrabPay.

That edifier only applicable if you dont have any existing maybank credit card other the ones that you had recently got(maybank grab platinum). Just informing since i just read the term and condition.
