Hi guys, question. Long time never use prepaid and the last time i use prepaid is when i use yoodo for the roaming. It have auto renew which will charge my credit card.

Does digi prepaid have auto top up and auto renew plans? or do i have to reload the balances inside from time to time?

At least currently can't expect it to happen. Digi have to pay DNB to get you the access. If telco gets the permission to do 5G, we can at least expect it to be free like during the 4G launch.

how to cancel/terminate the 3 months Next15 auto renewal huh.
after 3 months, its keep on deducting my balances.
then i make sure my balance below RM10 after nearing 3 months.
it stopped, then i topped up my balance again after a week...booom, it comes back.

this is Nuisance, @Digi.

Next time.. Don't buy adds on which says "Auto Renew".
Goto "Settings" - > My Subscription - > Then turn off Next 15

But please don't turn off if already renewed.

For me I don't turn off cause I managed to get Unlimited 30 (Auto renew) from BOS.

As long as active account can unsub at anytime. If renew failed due to low balance,but account still in active status, feel free to unsub before doing reload

If account in grace period then cannot unsub

One big no no is unsub before it expire and after auto renew since unsub will effect immediately, so you will get your data plan forfeited after unsub
