Help, what does it mean by EXTRA 10GB hotspot, can we use the unlimited data as hotspot after using all the extra 10 GB hotspot?

Or the hotspot data for this package is max out and limited at 10GB actually? If we need more than 10GB hotspot need to buy add on boosted?

hi anyone know how to switch from Raja Kombo to NEXT?Can we do it on our own or need to go to shop to do it?
I'm currently on Raja Kombo , hence couldn't see the Digi NEXT in the Buy Add-On page.

The 365 long life is tricky. I reloaded RM100 with the intent of purchasing a prepaid data plan and also the long life validity, but by doing so extended my validity period by 100 days. I then bought the 365 days and realized it just extended from today and not from last validity date. Wasted 100 days of validity.

Same time never know if Digi will remove the promo from BOS so can't be waiting 100 days to try again also.

Not tricky at all because all telco doesn't stack validity. Only telco that stack validity is friendy, a mvno under digi but long time closed shop already.

hi. i got a question. just bought digi next simpack. activate last night. when want to buy addon, no monthly plan available. if i check available plan through *128#, they are listed, but when i want to sub monthly plan, it say "sorry, you are not eligible to purchase this plan". what can i do to resolve this. i want to sub monthly plan.

edit: apparently need to wait 24hrs for packages to update for new sim. all good now.

Anyone using prepaid next 20 plan? Belia auto renew?
Auto renew means auto deduct?

Yoodo offer 20GB for RM20 while prepaid next 20 is RM20 for 15GB.

Let's say sign up before 24 years then can continue the plan until above 24 years?

Any changes? Pay extra or less rebate?

Im using rn.
Auto renew + always active.
auto renew deducts your credit if your credit balance is sufficient, always active means your sim validity will be extended till end of this plan.

next 20 is actually 15GB + 1GB hotspot + unlimited social (FB, Insta, Twitter, Tiktok).

No age limitation for subscribing.

Would say depends on ur usage and coverage.

No idea. Puzzling indeed.

I'd rather be on PostPaid if the value proposition is much better than PrePaid. Without needing to continuous top-up monthly.

I used to be on PostPaid but the data offering was just low. PrePaid is so much much much better and lots of freebies monthly.

This is what I get feedback from the staffs in few telcos:
- Prepaid sometimes cheaper than postpaid (especially when both plans are unlimited internet), but will have different in terms of network quality (not signal strength but speed).

For example, both prepaid and postpaid are giving unlimited internet with 10mbps speed cap, prepaid one will have a slower speed compared to postpaid, especially after reaching certain GB (not yet hit FUP).

Even we wanna blame the telco if speed slow, unable to do so because they usually put "speed up to X mbps" instead.
