Just port in yesterday, and I never use the hotspot,why the app show iam using 100mb? And I didn't see the box of surprise option?

it's just an oddity of digi system

they will pinjam 100mb data quota and later pay back

Box of Surprise may appear later or you can dial *128*88#

keep credit balance below RM35. auto renew will fail. internet plan suspended. but sometime digi give free credit

free credit only when u reload more than rm10

this one? but can Digi coverage and speed make it nowadays? my last experience with digi is very bad.

why buying a new digi prepaid next sim card only there is no next unlimited 40 option at all???

So far someone already shared the FUP is set at 999Gb.

A few days ago my cousin MNP from onexox and manage to subscribe this Next 40 unlimited

Maybe you try via Digi app later once the sim arrived.

PS: 10gb hotspot is only if you choose 3 months auto renewal

PPS : So far my experience with Digi is good. Only my office area a bit worse

randomly got a sms saying that I got upgraded to prepaid next???
I didn't click anything at all
I was on the rm10/month for 2gb and 500mb 1-7pm plan
I just checked but the cheapest prepaid next is rm15 so that means I got forced upgrade to a more expensive plan??
how is this legal?
I can't even see how much the new plan that they upgrade me to on the digi app.

Upgrade means pay more... that's normal... Upgrade car Upgrade phone, Upgrade insurance, upgrade crypto, upgrade wife...all means pay more...
