Is there any flexibility to change between the Next prepaid plans, for example purchase next 35 sim, then the following month subscribe to next 45?

Can you guys access to Digi apps ? The apps says it is under planned downtime until further notice. My Next 55 subscription gonna expire this evening, worry by that time still can't access the apps to renew the subscription.
